A writer, Chris, meets a producer/financier, Vlad, who wants to finance a horror film to shoot in his abandoned properties. Based on true events, somewhere between FRIGHT NIGHT and ADAPTATION, the VAMPIRE PROJECT is a satirical, symbolic and entertaining meta film digging into the meanders of a creative process.

San Francisco’s Another Hole in the Head Film Festival is an 25-day excursion into the realms of Science Fiction, Fantasy, Horror, and assorted other genre fare. AHITH has a 20-year tradition of pulling together diverse Independent films of all varieties and budgetary considerations--from major productions by professional companies to micro-budget labors of love, and everything in between.

Another Hole in the Head provides a unique vehicle for independent cinema. This year’s festival takes place from December 1st - December 25th, 2023. Screenings and performances will take place at the historic ROXIE, BALBOA and 4 STAR movie theaters as well as the live theater venue ECLECTIC BOX in San Francisco, CA.
