San Francisco International Comedy Competition WINNER

FRANKIE MARCOS comes to STANDUP at the Balboa Theater

Frankie Marcos is from the San Jose, California but headlines internationally.He is the winner of the 2024 San Francisco International comedy competition, earning a place in history next to other past finalists like Robin Williams, Louis C.K, Ellen DeGeneres, and more.

Frankie is a regular on Don’t Tell Comedy as well as Chocolate Sundaes at the Laugh Factory in Hollywood. Frankie has been in the New York Comedy Festival, Melbourne International in Australia, and the Edinburgh Fringe in Scotland.

Featuring Terry Dorsey 

Terry Dorsey is a comedian and actor from Illinois. He has also performed as "Shady" in a solo act and as part of the comic duo "Tu Shay De." His style of comedy leans more to storytelling with added social commentary. He started his career on Chicago's south side alongside some now very popular comedians. His first T.V. appearance as a stand-up was in 2000 on BET's Comicview. Terry was also part of the development team that launched the "Laff Zone Comedy Club" in the Chicago suburb of Markham.
